Your team should not rebuild the same work for every file.
Danielant automates tender work, document preparation, checks and handoffs between systems for engineering firms, agencies, B2B providers and training organisations.
Each engagement starts with one defined process and connects to the tools already in use.
Three practical starting points
Engineering and technical service firms. Review tender documents, map requirements back to their source pages, track supporting documents and prepare a first response structure for human approval.
Agencies and B2B service providers. Turn an enquiry into a complete brief, gather pricing inputs, prepare the proposal, open the delivery file and move approved data between systems without retyping.
Training organisations. Check enrolment files, prepare agreements and notices, follow up missing documents, issue certificates and keep programme versions aligned.
Other processes fit when they repeat, use accessible data and produce an outcome the team can check.
Revenue work and controlled operations
Revenue work includes incoming requests, qualification, tenders, proposals, follow-ups and CRM handoffs. The file moves forward without losing its source or its next decision.
Controlled operations include document collection, completeness checks, reconciliation, versions, approvals, exceptions and an audit trail. A written rule runs, an exception reaches the right person and the team keeps the decision.
Proofs with explicit status
Précis, simulated demonstration. A fully fictional tender file is mapped to source pages, checked for missing or expired evidence and prepared for human decisions.
Tender monitoring workflow, accepted for testing and not deployed. Opportunities are classified against defined criteria and prepared for review. It is not presented as running in production.
Balance, technical prototype. A public Factur-X sample is checked against written rules. No client invoice is used.
Quorum, functional prototype with simulated data. Voting and majority rules are applied resolution by resolution.
A demonstration proves a technical capability. Acceptance for testing proves an agreed scope. Neither is presented as an operating result without documented evidence.
From the first process to its operation
The first call checks whether the process, available data and repetition justify a diagnosis. The call is free and requires no prepared file.
The diagnosis documents steps, rules, exceptions, data and human decisions. It costs A$2,600, excluding local taxes, and is deducted from the build when one goes ahead. The build starts from A$10,500 at a fixed price and includes acceptance criteria and documentation.
An optional operating agreement can cover monitoring, incidents, the execution log and agreed rule changes. Its scope, response times and price are fixed before go-live.
One accountable lead, documented dependencies
One person remains accountable for scoping and delivery. Additional expertise is introduced only when it is named in the scope and quote.
The agreement identifies the specific code, configuration and documentation transferred to the client. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences and subscriptions. Hosting location and any transfers outside the EU are selected and documented for each engagement.
