A process problem often travels through several hands. Here, Romain Danielant remains accountable for scoping and delivery. Additional expertise is introduced only when it is named in the scope and quote.
This structure does not pretend that a hidden team exists. It can expand a project when the scope justifies it without adding invisible relays for the client. A process that does not justify a build is still refused in writing, with the reason.
What exists and can be checked
- Précis is a simulated demonstration built on a fully fictional tender file.
- Balance is a technical prototype using a public Factur-X sample.
- Quorum is a functional prototype using simulated meeting data.
- A tender monitoring workflow was accepted for testing and was not deployed.
A figure that cannot be checked is not written, which is why there are no percentages here, and no client quotes yet. A first documented case, validated by that client, will take the place of "references available on request." Nothing will be generated to fill the gap in the meantime.
Remote, in practice
The work is done from France. Paris mornings land in the Australian east coast's late afternoon: 8:00 in Paris is 16:00 in Sydney in the southern winter, 18:00 in the southern summer. That is a real shared window every working day. The United Kingdom overlaps the whole day, one hour behind Paris, and North America's east coast overlaps from the Paris afternoon.
Delivery does not depend on presence. The agreement identifies the specific code, configuration and documentation transferred to the client. Third-party components remain subject to their licences and subscriptions. Written decisions, scope and changes keep the project inspectable between calls.
The legal part
